As as Senior Project Manager I lead a team of over 30 people, across 3 companies and 2 countries. Leading teams working in: 

• Software Development
• Advertising Technology 
• Public Relations  

As the main point of contact for Dared Iced Coffee, I lead weekly WIP meetings to maintain accountability and vision throughout the project lifecycle. I was responsible for guiding and educating the client through wire framing and QA, as well as helping them position the brand within the accompanying advertising campaign. 

Leading our team of developers I provided leadership for our UX teams to remain motivated, grounded, and focused on the end goal. To do this I supported our UX team with: 

• Client management and wireframing 
• Facilitating communication to ensure collaborative designs 
• Guiding the design process
• Anticipating blockers/problems and assisting with the QA process

Working closely with our Ad Tech teams I helped strategise how we'd promote this immersive experience leaning heavily into data lead decisions to deliver the best results for the client across pDOOH, Editorial and Native.

My successful leadership of this project resulted in lasting business impact for Dare Iced Coffee

• Nationwide immersive experience live for 6 months
• 20,000 consumers engaged with the experience 
• The advertising campaign performed 50% above prompted awareness benchmarks
• Positioned Dare Iced Coffee as an innovative and fun brand for consumers; with a 40% increase in brand likability, and 50% increase in purchasing intent.
